Overview

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Muleline mobile application and any associated services. By downloading or using Muleline, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Muleline is a self-hosted photo and file sync platform. The mobile app connects to a server you own and control. All data — photos, files, and metadata — is stored on your own infrastructure. GritWerk does not operate a centralized cloud service and does not have access to your data.

Subscriptions

Muleline offers optional in-app subscriptions that unlock premium features within the mobile app.

• Subscriptions are auto-renewable and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your chosen billing cycle.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• Subscription prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Price changes will be communicated in advance.
• Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

Self-Hosted Data

Because Muleline is self-hosted, you are responsible for the server infrastructure that stores your data. GritWerk has no access to your server, your files, or your users. You are the data controller under applicable privacy law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Muleline to store or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. You are solely responsible for all content stored on your self-hosted instance.

Limitation of Liability

Muleline is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GritWerk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions, arising from your use of or inability to use Muleline.

GritWerk's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Muleline shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Open Source

The Muleline server software is MIT licensed and fully open source. You can audit the entire codebase at gitlab.com/ArchonAGI/muleline. The MIT License applies to the server software only; the mobile app is a separate commercial product.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
